Founded and operated by a born-and-raised local, Island Girl Sipology brings over a decade of bartending expertise to the table—along with unforgettable energy and a whole lot of fun. At the heart of it all is Robin, the spirited force behind the bar whose vibrant personality, signature drinks, and crowd-pleasing charisma turn every event into an experience.
With deep roots in the community and a passion for hospitality, Robin blends professionalism with entertainment, offering clients a one-of-a-kind beverage service that feels both polished and personal.
Off the clock, she’s a proud mom to one incredible daughter currently in college, a supportive mother-in-law to her daughter’s husband who serves in the U.S. Air Force, and a proud Army mom to her son serving in the U.S. Army—alongside his amazing wife, who is also currently pursuing her college degree. Family, service, and strong pours are at the heart of everything she does.
